The 2020 Group of Governmental Experts (GGE) on lethal autonomous weapons, mandated by the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons (CCW), was scheduled to take place in Geneva, Switzerland from 22-26 June at the Palais des Nations for its first round of meetings. It has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is now re-scheduled to take place from 10-14 August 2020 in Geneva, subject to COVID-19 related developments.
