In advance of the 2014 NPT Preparatory Committee, Reaching Critical Will has produced a briefing book that highlights a number of critical issues that states must take into consideration during the 2014 PrepCom.
The briefing book looks at the current status and recommendations for the 2010 NPT Action Plan, on-going modernization plans of nuclear arsenals, the humanitarian impact of nuclear weapons and the potential for negotiations of a treaty banning nuclear weapons.
For more information about the 2014 NPT Preparatory Committee, and Reaching Critical Will's resources, please see our NPT pages here.
