Reaching Critical Will seeks to spread feminist perspectives on weapons, war, and militarism among students, diplomats, academics, and activists. In addition to the writing and speaking outlined above, we also help organise and participate in public events such as the Women’s March and the Women’s March to Ban the Bomb. We are also active supporters of the 16 days of activism against gender violence campaign, held each year, where we highlight the link between arms proliferation, militarism, and gender-based violence, see for examples of our engagement: 2020; 2019; 2016; 2013; 2011. We are also working to hold governments espousing a “feminist foreign policy” to account, and to help those interested in developing such policies to do so in a truly feminist way, such as Canada.
